We used to stay at River Valley RV Park in Cherokee,NC We haven`t been in years, but it used to be nice. They have sites on and off river with full HU`s.

RE: Trailer Wiring Help
Take a 12v test light and check the prongs on TV plug receptacle with emergency flashers on. If you dont get the test light to light up on the turn signal or brake light prongs, check the back of receptacle where wires go in. If you have current in the receptacle, check trailer cord and plug, then check bulbs and sockets. Good luck!!!

RE: What about working in State / Fed parks?
DW and I hosted this winter for the 1st time in a Georgia State Park and really enjoyed it. They require 24 hrs per week for couple, we hardly ever put in that much time. We were there for almost 2 months. They provide FHU site and golf cart to use for dutys. We have reservation there again next Jan-Feb.
